Mission des Jeunes pour Christ International (MJCI-Shalom)

MJCI-Shalom was established in April 2008 with a focus on fostering peace, unity, reconciliation and development. Since its inception, MJCI-Shalom has expanded its efforts to Rwanda, working tirelessly to bring communities together and promote sustainable peacebuilding initiatives towards a peaceful and prosperous community. Our work centers on empowering the youth and vulnerable populations through programs that cultivate understanding and solidarity.

Eustache HARELIMANA

President and Legal Representative

Eustache HARELIMANA is a retired Pastor dedicated to serve the community for peace and development. He is known as Mzee wa Kazi as he always wants people to be active and contribute to the wellbeing of the community. In addition to his Pastoral career, he is a peace builder and a conflict resolution and management agent. He is retired but not tired to serve the community.

Nadege RUGORIRWERA

Accountant

Nadege RUGORIRWERA is a detail-oriented accountant with a recent degree in accounting. She is skilled in financial analysis, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and is proficient in software like Sage Pastel and QuickBooks. Passionate about truthfulness, efficiency, and helping businesses manage finances effectively.

Delphine UWINEZA

Field Officer

Delphine UWINEZA is a dedicated agronomist specializing in Vegetable Production, soil health, crop management, and sustainable agriculture. She is passionate about enhancing food security and promoting environmental conservation. Currently, she is a Field Officer delivering training in agriculture, conflict resolution, and GBV.

Philippe DUFITIMANA

Assistant Field Officer

Philippe DUFITIMANA has a background in Commerce and Accounting and is specialized in Law. He has built his career around small and medium enterprises and the creation of savings groups. Known for his social skills, he now serves as an Assistant Field Officer in charge of savings groups, delivering training in conflict resolution and GBV.

Program Manager

Gady KUBWAYESU received the idea of MJCI-Shalom from the Visionary and contributes a lot to make it live and real. A theologian specialized in Christian Ethics and Leadership, he is committed to serve the community for a peaceful and prosperous future.
